How long will it take to ship my order?

  • We endeavour to get your order out within 48 hours of your placing it but generally it is much less than this

Which courier company will you ship with?

  • Your order will be sent with NZ Post Courier and you will be emailed a tracking number and updates by NZ Post to the email address that you placed the order with

What are your payment options?

  • Credit Card  
  • Paypal  
  • Shop Pay
  • Google Pay

What currency are the prices on your site?

  • All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless otherwise specified and your credit card will be billed in New Zealand dollars.   If payment is made using an overseas credit card, your credit card provider will convert the amount into your local currency at the current exchange rate plus add any applicable fees or charges.

What are shipping costs?

  • We have a standard flat rate shipping cost of $10 anywhere in NZ unless you spend over $100 and then shipping is absolutely FREE

Can you ship outside New Zealand?

  • If you would like to ship outside of New Zealand please contact us for a freight quote by emailing sarah@georgeandedi.com.  Please let us know what you would like to order and provide your name, address, postcode and phone number as we need these to obtain a DHL quote

What if I am not happy with my purchase?

  • We are sure that you will love your purchase from GEORGE & EDI however if you have any issues please get in touch and explain when and where you purchased the item, the problem and ideally include some photos . We will then get in touch and explain the best course of action

What is the Fragrance Club?

  • Its a special club for GEORGE & EDI regulars.  You earn points on purchases and for things like subscribing to our newsletters, following us on facebook etc.  These points can be redeemed for free products of things like free shipping.  You need to ensure you have joined the Fragrance Club to get the points. To join click the logo at the bottom right of the page and enter your details.  After that points for all purchases will be added to your total for you to spend

I would like to subscribe to a regular delivery of my favourite candle?

  • No problem - just visit the product page of your favourite product and scroll down to the subscription section where you will see the different options available.  The more frequent your subscription the more you will save.
